REFUND & RETURN

AT ASE SPORTS WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND OUR DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. WE ALLOW UP TO 7 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS,

UNUSED PRODUCTS AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
All products must be returned in their original condition
WARRANTY COMPLAINTS -NO WARRANTY ON SPORTS PRODUCTS

– Please note we will accept return only if not used or if there is any pasting mistake with 7 days of delivery of item.

To return your online order in the store, please follow these steps:
1 – Email at asesportsindia@gmail.com
2 – Write email in detail with Problem with the Product
3 – Attach Photo of Damaged product
4 – Subject of Email with Order ID
5 – Confirmation mail for Return Request in 48 Hours will be sent by ASE Sports
6- Pack the products
7- Pickup will be done within 10 business days

If there is any discrepancy with return request & physical products being handed over at time of pickup, pickup will be denied.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At ASE SPORTS, we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. We have partnered with the best shipping companies in India to ensure that your product reaches you on time and in the best conditions. Here are the key terms and conditions with regards to our Shipping Policy:

DELIVERY TIMELINES

The delivery timelines for your product would depend on two key parameters –

a) the nature of product you’ve ordered
b) your shipping address.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping charges for your product would depend on 3 key parameters –

a) the value of your order
b) the nature of product you’ve ordered
c) your shipping address.

For shipments to be delivered within India: If the value of your order is less than Rs. 2,000, Rs.150 shipping charges will be applicable. There would not be any shipping charges in case the order value is Rs. 2,000 or more.

For shipments to be delivered outside India: All orders will be charged for shipping.

These charges are not applicable as we do not offer COD option.
